Don Cheech is an Italian American Restaurant created by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. He got inspired by his old neighborhood, the old school NYC Little Italy (Mulberry Street) Cuisine where exceptionally well-prepared food was served in an elegant comfortable setting. The Food resembles that same history, Chef Massimo Felici takes his culinary expertise and apply it to this new venture taking cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and the future. Traditional dishes like Stuffed Long Hots, Seafood salad, Linguine Vongola, Chicken Parmigiana and Scarpariello and Steak Diane, elevated to a new level. Elegant Tablecloth settings, burgundy booths, Chandeliers and mirrors a large bar and a glass wine room gives Don Cheech that Old School-Elegant atmosphere.

Fantastic service , great ambiance and the food was spectacular. Great bar with wide selection The oysters are served cold and fresh . We had the veal valdastana and chicken parm for entrees which were the best I have ever had. Mas and his wife (the owner) are on site , personable and great individuals. The quality , portions and service are worth it. Can’t wait to get back Thanks Don Cheech !

Server was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our appetizer and main courses. Drinks were also very good. Slightly on the pricey side but i def would go back.

                                                                                                                                          We came to Don Cheech for the first time as new Staten Islanders who tend to gravitate towards Brooklyn celebrating a very momentous occasion in our life (being cancer free!), and everything from the food to the service did not disappoint. Stephanie is an actual gem - I called prior to our reservation to ask for a dessert request with writing, and she was so gracious and heartfelt over why we were celebrating over dinner. She connected with us the whole time, checked up on how we were doing constantly, all while chef Massimo prepared for us the most amazing meal. The ambiance was fantastic - a quiet Thursday night with a great week day special if you’re looking for that - it was the best all around. We can’t wait to be regulars here!!!
