   That was one great meal. Highly recommend the filet medallions and shrimp with exquisite Brussel sprouts and potatoes.

   Had a lovely time on Easter. Waited to make a reservation I bit too long, so the only seating left was in the lounge area. It was quite cozy. They seated us in a lovely booth along the back wall. The special holiday menu had lots to offer…. fun flavored mimosas, and everything from brunch to dinner food options. My husband had a great ribeye and I enjoyed the lobster tail entree. The highlight was definitely the crabcake appetizer. We love Dons and will keep it in our rotation for dining.

   Our server was fantastic! She was very helpful with describing entrees- she really knows her stuff. Many higher end restaurants still have a fast food ambience- loud and rushing you to get out. Don’s Lighthouse is a classy restaurant with delicious food and incredible service. Thanks to the chef and our spunky red headed server.

   This is our favorite restaurant for 25 years and it’s going down hill. Smaller portions and higher prices make it a bad value. No small forks for eating mussels because people were stealing them so the manager won’t order any?? Very unattentive waitress tonight who was barely pleasant. Shrimp cocktail were 5 small shrimp for $17! No anchovies available for Caesar salad! If Don’s doesn’t put an emphasis on fixing the food, value and quality as well as getting some happy servers , they will be losing our regular business. Very dissatisfied tonight and sad because we have enjoyed this place for 25 years. We even got engaged here and now we will rethink coming back. Very sad.

   1st time visit. Won't be the last. Loved it. Service: 4 stars 🌟 because our waitress lacked personality. Her name was Carolyn. She was nice, just extremely flat! We asked her opinion on what to order between scampi and steak oscar, and she was like "Nope. Im not making that decision." Ummmm we wanted an opinion Carolyn. I guess I've just never had a waitress not be able to tell me about the food when I ask their opinion. Weird but ok. She got 4 stars 🌟 because she gave us everything we ordered or asked for in a timely manner, it was just that personality gap that ruined our interactions. I ordered my steak well done. It wasn't well-well but it wasn't pink enough for me to send back. It was still good and tender. My side items were mashed 🥔 and green beans. Very good. A friend of mine ordered short rib and it was the real star of the show. It was soooooo good and juicy. The demi glaze that covered it was even better. I will definitely order that the next time. We all left there very, very full. Atmosphere was chill. My friend sat at the bar beforehand because our reservations were at 5pm. Bar service and attendant was amazing! Personable. Fun without trying to hard. And sitting next to people with those same attributes. Don's is a win (except Carolyn). She needs a drink.
