Had an amazing experience at Double Apple, the owners were amazing hosts & the staff were all very friendly. The food was also top notch! Highly recommend.

Food was so delicious and flavourful. Would definitely recommend coming back here to any human honestly. Service was quick and staff was all polite aswell. 10/10 ✅✅✅✅

The worst restaurant/shisha bar I’ve ever been to in my life. Ruined our entire Valentines Day celebrations. We were sat for about 15 minutes before any waiter acknowledged us. We noticed the restaurant was so cold, we asked to move near some heaters, where we were denied and offered blankets? Which I don’t understand why that was acceptable. After taking our order our food did not even arrive even after 2 hours. We ordered shisha which also did not arrive. The staff do not acknowledge you and ignore any eye contact or attempts to get any service. We ended up leaving after 2 hours, we did not receive any of the dishes we ordered or our shisha. Absolutely disgusting service, and the manager was completely unhelpful. It was very unfortunate that it was also Valentine’s Day too.

I had high expectations for my birthday celebration at Double Apple, having organized it two months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. The area we were seated in was extremely congested, making it uncomfortable for my guests. Service was incredibly slow—just taking our orders took ages. Three of my friends had arranged for my birthday cake to be brought out as a surprise, but I noticed the delay and overheard the staff repeatedly saying “two minutes,” only for it to take 30 to 40 minutes. This left us all waiting around, which was frustrating and unfair. What made things worse was the way the manager handled payments. As soon as I arrived, before I even had a chance to enjoy the moment with my friends, I was pulled aside to discuss payments. This was not the warm welcome I expected on my special day. To top it off, at the end of the night, they didn’t bother cleaning up the table properly, leaving the Shisha pots with hot coals on them. My friend ended up burning her hand badly, resulting in painful blisters. This was completely unacceptable, and their lack of concern made me really angry. They were quick to take our money but showed little care for our experience or well-being. I’ve been to Double Apple several times over the years, but this was by far my worst experience. I’m extremely disappointed and unlikely to return.

Amazing Experience at Double Apple! I had an absolutely fantastic time at Double Apple! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was spot on, great vibes, stylish decor, and a welcoming atmosphere. The music was brilliant, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed yet lively evening. The drinks were top-notch, expertly made and full of flavour, and the food was just as impressive they was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat! On top of that, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place with amazing drinks, great food, fantastic music, and impeccable service, Double Apple is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

You charged us over £30 for table service for one table that’s not 12.50% lol that bumbish behaviour if I was shown this at the time I would’ve refused to pay more than no5 service charge and that’s a actual restaurant restaurant There is no hostess you come In to an empty place and have to find your own way in even though I made a booking they acted as they wasn’t expecting us too There’s no separate shisa lounge so all the smells are around you when eating lil off putting We waited over 30 mins for our food I didn’t enjoy my beef burger but the tacos was lush and everybody else enjoyed there food I ordered a drink the cup was dirty smh They could do so much more with this place get a host and waiters who know about the food one guy told us there was pork on the menu when there is none Make sure u check your receipts

The vibe of the lounge was nice, and the Dj played nice music. The shisha was also very good. When we came we had ordered food, after 30 minutes we had to remind the manager and waitress again. After an hour we gave up on asking as we had never received it. When going to pay the bill they put the food on the bill even though we never ate so had to get that taken off.

Although it was New Years, I don’t expect to wait over 1 hour 15 minutes to be served a drink and starters 30 minutes after that. Nothing came and we had to keep reminding the staff. Spoke to the manager and he was not helpful at all and said it’s New Years as if that justifies poor service and attentiveness. Food was nice but will not be returning

Excellent service staff and manager were very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for service from Manager at front desk.

Shisha was great we had like a berry cocktail that just tasted like water very weak, Let's talk about the food not great at all mac and cheese you can tast the flour, king prawns in garlic has know tast, was under cooked, buffalo chicken wings not great, bbq chicken wings not great. I wouldn't order food ever again but I will go for Shisha one of the cocktail we did have was defo a go to but can't remember the name of it. Half of the things they have on the menu they never had very disappointed. For the money we spent and there was only 2 of us £165 and change the food wasn't worth the money at all. The place is very nicely decorated very nice Inside but the FOOD NO WAY
