When you claim that you’re adding a signature steakhouse experience, every detail has to be considered to transform you from the stresses of business and life.

The décor is modern, but not pretentious. The ambiance is sophisticated and multisensory, yet comfortable. The staff is educated, but not showy. The uniforms are unique, but classically tasteful.

Like the restaurant itself, the menu departs from a classic steakhouse without chasing away traditionalists. Categories range from classic steaks and chops to seafood – including lobster tail.

We said robust, right? Double Cut literally means so large that your jaw hits the table. Larger portions, tons of ambiance. There’s the dinner bell. Where’s that steak knife?

Best steakhouse in Round Rock! Mark was very knowledgeable with the menu and knew a lot about Bourbon. He truly made our experience so unique and fun. We had the New York and the Ribeye and they we're cooked to perfection, shout out to the chef! We will be back

My wife had the filet, which was perfectly cooked medium, a little salty and way overpriced for having no sides. I had the salmon, which was cooked perfectly but drowned in a lemon butter sauce, mainly butter. This also came with no sides, making it overpriced as well. The waiter was very nice but the food took a while to come out and the mushrooms we ordered for the side were a bit cold.

It took an hour to get the crab cakes and then an additional 30 minutes for the steaks but everything was cooked to perfection and delicious.

Amazing dinner experience! Great menu knowledge and hospitality provided by our server Mark, we went with all of his recommendations and loved every bite! Bacon was incredible and the oysters were fresh. Our steaks were some of the best we've had in Austin. They have a really fun bourbon list and the bartender was dialed in with her cocktails. Live Christmas music was definitely a bonus!

The food is average. Service is great. You could get a better meal at a local chain 20 minutes away. Not worth the price

It feels like a large casino. The ambiance just isn’t it. Very commercial/corporate. Very little personality. Poorly lit, vast, drafty. The drinks were the best part of the meal. Margaritas were good and my father in law liked his martini. The tenderloin carpaccio was TINY, the steaks were dry and the sides (a La carte) were nothing to write home about. Sorry, we just didn’t love any of it.

It took about 8 minutes to get greeted by our server and the place wasn't even busy. The steak was great but the California roll was below average. Drinks were great, would probably not go back .

Good food, good service, but for me is very overpriced. You can have the same meat quality or better at Texas Road House for half of the price or less
