When you claim that you’re adding a signature steakhouse experience, every detail has to be considered to transform you from the stresses of business and life.

The décor is modern, but not pretentious. The ambiance is sophisticated and multisensory, yet comfortable. The staff is educated, but not showy. The uniforms are unique, but classically tasteful.

Like the restaurant itself, the menu departs from a classic steakhouse without chasing away traditionalists. Categories range from classic steaks and chops to seafood – including lobster tail.

We said robust, right? Double Cut literally means so large that your jaw hits the table. Larger portions, tons of ambiance. There’s the dinner bell. Where’s that steak knife?

                                                      Service was terrible. Waiter rarely checked to refill drinks or to see if we needed another round. Prime Rib Sandwich was very dry even with the au jus. And the bread ratio was way off.

                                                      For a $56 ribeye I expected better. Execution was ok but, for a steak that was supposed to be broiled at 1200 degrees, I would have liked it to have arrived at the table before it was lukewarm… scallops were a bust. Burger had to be re-made because it was over cooked yet still arrived cold after the remake. Service was just subpar for a dinner that cost me $300 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers….we will NOT be returning.

                                                      We were extremely disappointed with the food. Everything was extremely bland and unseasoned. The bread was good and we got the calamari and shrimp for an appetizer which was the only things that tasted good. We both had the filet mignon which was flavorless and we also got the mushrooms, hash browns, and cream corn. None of the sides had any flavor whatsoever. This was a complete let down... skip going here and just go to Flemings, Perry's, Steimer Steakhouse, or any other steakhouse!

                                                      This was more of a resort style experience rather than a high-end steakhouse. The food was very disappointing, the service not up to par. Either lower your prices or improve the quality of the experience. A dress code would be nice as well.

                                                      I ordered a Ribeye. It was all fat. I left half of it on the plate. My husband ordered the scallops. They smelled fishy when they were served and tasted bland. All the food was cold.
