The food was good as always but the service was extremely slow. I had to get my lunch to go so I could go back to work. I got there at 11:20am and left at 12:35 and still only had drinks.

We have been to dough bird many times. Unfortunately tonight was really bad. The salmon dinner was supposed to have Brussels sprouts on the side- if there were 2 sprouts I would be surprised. 2 of us had steak frites and it was the greasiest, thin sliced steak and it was just bad. I hope that something changes in the kitchen as this was just not a good night and we are reluctant to return.

Food was really really good, but service was slow as far as getting the food out and timing of when food was sent out half the meals were done a while before the other half was done for the other people in our party

Very sweet hostess and server. Wait time for food was at least 20-25 minutes, felt like way too long. I ordered the steak frites and unfortunately it came out cold, which was frustrating after waiting so long. The manager and server were both very apologetic, and the manager said he’d bring a fresh dish and offered some fresh fries to much on while I waited…those didn’t come and they did not make a fresh dish. The steak comes with a butter on top of the meat, and when they brought me my “new” dish, it was clearly the same one because the one piece I ate was still missing, and the heaping mound of butter was completely melted. So in essence the kitchen just put my plate in the oven for 10 minutes and then served me a steak and truffle fries that were now soaked in a pool of very rich butter. It was disgusting I couldn’t eat it.

My rotisserie chicken was amazing. The desert was absolutely amazing. And service was great lexy was one of the best servers ive jad in a long time. I will definitely return. Valentines here was awesome.
