Draper Purveying Company is downtown Greenville's newest restaurant concept and weekend entertainment destination location! Now open under the direction of Executive Chef Patrick Phillips, with a menu designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes, Draper is serving up contemporary American style comfort food with a unique twist for dinner, lunch, brunch and a special happy hour and late night bites menu. Specialty shared plates include crispy confit chicken wings, warm burrata with cherry tomatoes and garlic confit, coffee-rubbed tenderloin. Larger dinner plates include a special featured version of shrimp and grits, roasted salmon with pimento cheese risotto and lemon beurre blanc and chicken-fried chicken. Also serving lunch and brunch on weekends, unique offerings will include salads and a variety of build-your-own bowls, in addition to classic brunch staples like egg white omelets and biscuits benedict. Our bar menu boasts 16 beer taps and eight craft cocktail and wines on tap.

Based on the menu, great menu, I assumed this would be a nicer place, but that was on me for not reading more reviews. The food was good but it was deafening loud in there. Not that all restaurants have to be whisper quiet but conversation is nearly impossible. Service was ok, it just seemed like on several occasions we were overlooked or simply forgotten. We had the pork two ways and chicken fried chicken, the berry salad and cornbread. Salad and cornbread were delicious and the best part of our meal. Dinner and two drinks, $120...yikes! Will I go back? There are other items I want to try but with so many restaurants in Greenville I probably will not go back.

We enjoyed the food and service was excellent. The shrimp and grits definitely give Sobys a run for the money. Can't wait for the speakeasy above to open. Will definitely be back.

Food was amazing, I had the roasted salmon with pimento cheese risotto. Wow, what a meal! Everything was perfect, the salmon was buttery and flaky, the risotto was creamy and tangy from the pimento cheese. Absolutely will visit again

Food was excellent! From appetizer to dessert, it was all prepared perfectly with sizable portions. Service was great! It will be one of our regular spots.

Food is fine not the best but not worth any hype considering it’s around $20 a plate for brunch. Below average service on a slow Saturday brunch time and didn’t get refills on our drinks until we asked for the check.
