   Forget the “fine dining” restaurants on the island and make a booking at driftwood, you won’t be disappointed. The setting is lovely, the food is superb. We had fried chicken and chilli pepper ceviche to start, then the fish with gnocchi dish and the jerk chicken. I can’t find fault with anything. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our sever was excellent. Food arrived quickly and, as I have already mentioned, was delicious. Hats off to the chef. We will definitely be back.

   Lovely Al Fresco type dining…. We sat outside by the pool… lovely and super quiet. Food was really tasty. Chowder and Jerk chicken were very well seasoned.

   We found this on open table and decided to take a chance based on the great reviews. What a find! This is a little hidden gem that sits away from the hotel district so you probably need to call a taxi but it is well worth the taxi fare. I had the lamb shank which was amazing and my husband had the fish and chips. Service was wonderful and we were not rushed through the meal at all. A thoroughly enjoyable evening from start to finish.

   One of the 10 best restaurants on barbados. laid back out door dining next to pool. every dish was delicious.

   Amazing experience. The grounds are kept beautifully, the staff are superb, the food and Chef is excellent and the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nice and clean. Im coming back in 3 months. That's how great of a time we had. I highly recommend Southpoint hotel and Driftwood restaurants. The burger is house made and top 5 best burgers I've ever had.

   This was our first visit to Driftwood, and we really enjoyed the experience. The special Valentine's Day menu was delicious, and the staff and chef were very friendly and gracious.

   The restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience with amazing food and friendly service. While service was relatively quick, the staff’s warmth stood out. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend others give it a try!

   The food was ok when it eventually came, but we were served breakfast over an hour and a half after our arrival. We were a large party (10) and it was New Years Day, so we were forgiving, but still this was absurd. It took over 15 minutes after being seated to have anyone come to our table with water and to take our order. They were not busy - maybe 20% capacity - but severely understaffed. Our waitress was friendly and we felt terrible as she and the hostess were berated by other diners. Our coffees and teas arrived twenty minutes later - no exaggeration. We heard someone else complain he’d been waiting for an hour for bread and butter! If we were not enjoying one another’s company, the experience would have been unbearable. And I reiterate, nothing was wrong with the food and the staff was nice, but I wouldn’t go back.
