   The food was good but came out very slow then everything at once. We got appetizers, soup, and then salad course. One app came out after 20 minutes then another 20 minutes they brought the other app, soups and salads all at once. Then another extremely long wait for our food. We ordered coffee but that was a mistake. Our waiter disappeared then brought slightly worm coffee and expresso and blamed it on the bar. The waiter was aware of Keto dietary restrictions as he acknowledged them but would not take no for an answer on the dessert. We had to refuse cake 6 times as he was holding them in our face countering each no with how good they were. We had to get stern and say. No, please stop. The check was incorrect but they fixed it, then gave us coupons for free app if we come back at lunch.

   We were not impressed with many things. The overwhelming smell of ammonia was off putting the minute we walked in the door. We ordered appetizers and our meals with everything being delivered to the table simultaneously, so we ate cold meals after our appetizers. My daughter was disappointed that they changed their bread service. We miss the whipped garlic butter. The noise level inside the restaurant made it very difficult to carry on a conversation. The steak was delicious and cooked properly (that’s the only positive). We were in and out in under an hour and left very disappointed.

   My wife and I enjoyed Vanzant’s 5 course wine pairing dinner for my birthday. From our 1st contact with bartender Darren to our last handshake with owner Jameson, the entire experience was excellent. Welcome to the neighborhood, Vanzant’s Steak, Seafood & Bar - nice job team!

   Vanzant’s steak and seafood was amazing from start to finish, food was great drinks were even better and the service was top notch! The tvs are ridiculously clear and meticulously placed for watching sports As well. I highly Recommend this restaurant for fine dining and celebrating special Ocassions.

   Experience was very good but there were two large parties that made it very loud. Even though it was loud it did not over power our table conversation. Food was prepared very nicely and was reasonable in quanity for the price.

   The server was excellent. Made us feel welcome and appreciated. Service was excellent. We ordered a ribeye. It was dry, not enough marbling, and tasted like a New York Strip. The octopus was delicious. The lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese was not bad, but we did not taste any lobster or shrimp. It tasted like a regular Mac and cheese. The pork chops were delicious. We appreciated the complimentary sweets. All in all, a nice but not fine dining experience.
