Excellent service Seafood tower better at Morton’s, calamari excellent and French onion best I ever had. Service excellent Tower the crab legs not deglazed so it was a mouth full of salt Shrimp had a bleach taste had to wash mouth out Oysters excellent, crab meat side excellent Chocolate forest excellent chopped salad excellent

5 of us went during Monday's Italian Night. We were seated in front of the overly LOUD guy playing piano. I don't like yelling to talk while eating. It was unpleasant. The food was inconsistent. Chicken was overcooked or OK. 2 plates looked totally different with amounts. Chunks of garlic were inedible and unnecessary on spinach. One steak out of 3 was correct because they wanted rare. Unfortunately, the other 2 people got it the same way even though they ordered medium. Cast iron plates were cold. I have had a lovely meal there before, but I'm not sure I would go back

Food was excellent - really great! We had Barratt salad, so delicious, Caesar, also delicious, and French onion soup, fantastic. We share our food with one another! My daughter had filet special, worthwhile! My spouse had duck, I had the pork chops. Each dish was perfectly prepared! The green beans were cooked to perfection. Desert did not disappoint! Crème brûlée for me, husband & daughter shared hot chocolate cake. Very nice and our server Ursula was the best!!

We ordered 2 filets, a medium and medium well. The Medium well was hot and salted correctly. The medium was cool to the touch and very salty. We were there on a Sunday night for a birthday so the restaurant was pretty empty. They did bring us a new steak which was hot but it was done medium well instead of medium. The server was nice and helpful with a dietary restriction, however she only cleared off the large salad plate when we were finished with the salad. After 15min waite she then brought out the hot food. put it to the side and proceeded to remove the bread plates and sweep up the crumps from the first course. The 15 min wait appropriate, but she should have cleaned up the table before she brought the food, not leave it on the side while she cleaned. After about 30 sec of her sweeping the crumbs I asked her to bring over the food while it was hot and she did. That 1 min wouldn't have made a difference to the medium steak but you don't leave the hot food to the side while you clean up crumbs. Won' t be going back even though we got a free dessert for my Mom's birthday. She has wanted to go to an Italian joint that has ok steak and I suggested Duke's because the first time we went it served much better steak than this other place but at least at the Italian place the food is served hot.

We were at Dukes for the first time on a Tuesday night. Wasn’t very loud. Terry our server was awesome. The food was very good, not great like some of my other favorite steakhouses but the did a nice job. Lobster Mac and cheese was really good. I’ve had better Rib Eyes. Drinks were spot on and reasonably priced. I would try a filet next time.

Food was classic steakhouse, prepared perfectly. Service was excellent . We’ve dined here many times, it is consistently exceptional.

Our food was not hot again. My husbands steak was warm to cold and his baked potato served in a cold cast iron dish, whats the point.Got the slider special the meat was warm but the roll was cold the roll should of been heated as well. French onion soup cheese was all burnt.

Always a wonderful experience at Dukes. The ladies that checked us in were very friendly and welcoming. Terrance was our server. Food was excellent and prepared perfectly. Terrance (Terry) even brought a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. 5 stars!
