Established in 1983 Duner’s is a casual fine dining restaurant located five miles west of Charlottesville. The menu changes daily, crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients under Relais & Châteaux Chef and Owner, Christian Kelly. Our extensive wine list, curated by General Manager & Sommelier Matthew Blaszak, ensures the perfect pairing for every dish.

•Open Tuesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM

•Closed Monday

•Parties of 1-12 guests reserve on OpenTable

•Friday and Saturday, parties limited to 6 guests

•Parties larger than 12 must reserve with the General Manager by contacting 434-293-8352 or dunersrestaurant@gmail.com

•Bar Seating available nightly on a first-come basis

•The Main Dining Room & Red Room accommodate parties of 1-6 and are ADA accessible

•The Porch is heated in winter, cooled in summer, and open-air during temperate months. Enjoyable for both small parties and groups of 6-12. It can also be used for private events involving 25-40

    Fun restaurant. Great friendly and casual vibe. Loved the fried oysters and the homemade tartar sauce with the crab cakes.

    Long time fan. Dessert menu one of the best I have ever seen. Unsure but seems like an Upgrade from our last visit. Consistently great food and service!

    Excellent food and service. Server was knowledgeable about food allergens and how food was prepared. Steak was cooked to perfection. Everyone loved their meals.

    Longtime fairly frequent patron. Have absolutely loved this place for decades. Service just seems consistently … off … legit uncomfortable and unfriendly. Who knows what reason, but has been noticeable last 3 visits. Food not good enough to overcome. Will remove from rotation for a few months maybe permanently…

    Duners has been my favorite restaurant for years and continues its tradition of excellence. Highly recommend the duck and the crème caramel. outstanding bar and drinks. Such an iconic Charlottesville experience.

    First time back since Duner’s changed hands. We were greeted warmly, seated on the porch, which was warm and comfortable. Noise level not as bad as it usually is in the main dining room. Service was perfect, attentive, friendly. Thrilled to see the duck egg rolls and fried oysters still on the menu; they do not disappoint! Crab cakes were stellar, as always. (Duners and Hamiltons are the only places I will order crab cakes in Cville; grew up picking crab so I have high standards and expect crab cakes without filler.) My husband had the lamb and declared it delicious and perfectly prepared. Almond streusel with cherries a al mode was phenomenal, as was my husband’s raspberry chocolate cake. So happy to know the best parts of the old Duners live on.

    Great place to eat. My husband and I went there post Valentine’s Day. Busy evening but we were well taken cared of and food was wonderful! Will definitely plan on coming here in the future!
