   This was my first trip to Madison. Found this restaurant on OpenTable. I would definitely come here again. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice.

   The food and staff were AMAZING!!! The only issue was that there was some sort of incense or smell that made my eyes BURN. Like you know when you’re cutting onions?? Like that. I’m listening to our fabulous waiter tell us the specials and there are tears rolling down my cheeks. Incredible restaurant, they just might need some sort of outdoor seating situation.

   First time at D’Vino and it was simply wonderful! Loved the downtown vibe, the extensive menu, and expert waitstaff. We will return soon!!!

   This was our second visit to this wonderful restaurant! The lasagna was superb and so was the eggplant parmigiana. Their wine selections are excellent and service is fabulous! The owner, when he has time, makes his rounds to speak to everyone dining there & makes sure they are comfortable & getting everything they want! The recipes used are family recipes & excellent. We love the ambiance and everything there! ♥️

    We were sat upon arrival at our reservation time and the restaurant was pretty busy. Took about 10 minutes for a server to come over and take our drink order and let us know the specials. Took another 15 or so minutes until he came back to take our food order, and this was the last time he came to the table for the night besides to bring the bill. We got the calamari to start and it was super greasy and mediocre at best. An older gentleman, possibly the owner who is mentioned in other reviews, stopped by and offered us bread, which was appreciated even at this point in our meal. We got the spinach ricotta ravioli special and pasta con Vongole. Portions were decent and presentation was nice. Ravioli tasted okay but was served warm at best. Pasta was decent. We were not offered refills on drinks/ water at all throughout the service. Unfortunately would not recommend when in Madison.
