Very disappointing experience overall. It was hard to get a hold of anyone to ask clarifying questions prior to making a booking and the service at the Hookah Lounge was subpar. Waiters were very inattentive (instead of focusing on customers and their needs they were busy talking with one another), it took them forever to bring things out (by the time they finally brought me ketchup I had finished my fries smh), and the hookah was not good (they didn’t even prep it before hand). I definitely won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place if you want to have a good time. If you are interested in a place with better quality service, vibes, and food, check out Brera in Canary Wharf instead.

My waitress was very lovely. I wish I could put her name here, but I forgot to ask for her name, but we were late to our booking for the restaurant that other people booked the same table as us so instead of them kicking us out she put us in the lounge so you could have more time and celebrate my birthday the way I wanted it so I rate it a five star love it,really enjoyed my birthday. thank you

My friend and I attended the Sunday brunch. It was our first time at this venue, but we enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very lively and energetic with the DJ, saxophonist and dancer. The food was decent, although some of the starters were cold, but I would say it was still good value for money.

Horrible experience. Arrive within grace period and your table eight still be given away. Awful.

The best thing about our visit was the our waitress and the food (even though it was cold). Besides that.. I’m about to read Eadn to filth. First off the manager or whomever is rude af for no reason and does not know how to properly greet people. Then at the end of our reservation a staff member brought us a check that clearly was incorrect and had added on charges that shouldn’t have been there. I also told him we paid a deposit on OpenTable and it wasn’t taken off the bill. He proceeded to tell me oh no that money we paid on OpenTable is not taken off the bill.. I told him that’s a lie and asked for assistance from the other waitress. She immediately fixed everything, including the fact that he tried to charge us separately for desserts that were included in the pre fix brunch. I’m positive he tried to take advantage of us because we were tourist. So please be very aware if you plan on visiting this establishment. We will not be back.

Great music, large food portions and the staff were lovely. The bottomless cocktails are all sugar and have very minimal alcohol and the venue looks a bit run down.

Cocktails were lovely. Ambience, vibe, music was energetic and lively once we was moved into the shisha lounge. Portion size of some starters not worth the price. I personally ordered lamb cutlets and was not asked how I like them, personally they were overdone. But my party had fish and said it was amazing! Overall staff attentive and loved the live saxophone player!

The Thai Curry was delicious I ate everything on my plate. Rice was too small a portion though. I was disappointed that the restaurant did not have Prawn with was on the menu, instead I had to settle for squid in my sauce. Also the menu is too small for such establishment. I thought they would have a wide range of different foods available. Overall it was ok. My server Renee if that her name was outstanding. I will go again this time to experience the Lounge.
