    It was a great night. We had a fabulous meal made special for New Years Eve. Our waitress was friendly and checked in regularly to make sure our evening met our expectations.

    Everything was good for NYE however being seated by the door in a high top when you requested standard was a bit annoying. At almost 8 months pregnant the high top seats really hurt my back which is why we selected standard or else that typically wouldn’t bother me. The food was so good however our server was very slow and not attentive. We would give some grace for NYE if we didn’t constantly watch him chatting with his co workers behind the bar while we sat there with empty glasses wanting to order more drinks and dirty plates on our table waiting for him to come by again.

    Great service, nice ambience in the restaurant. The only criticism of the physical restaurant is that the washrooms are much too dark and that makes them impractical. As for the food, overall good but not great. Spinach dip was top notch, we ordered 2! But the steaks were a bit rubbery and for the price, not as good as other steakhouses, etc. And the side veg of brocollini was undercooked. We like el dente but these were closer to warm raw. That being said, overall experience was very good. Our server and all staff were great, everyone finished their meals, and we would go back again.

    pretentious, I booked a week ahead for New Year’s Eve for early dinner they tried to swindle my party for 90 min dinner when I already accepted the terms of 2 hour seating , also they pretended I had no reservation when they saw I bought kids … I saw through their attitude, I was just trying to enjoy a meal out with my family

    The beef dip wasn’t anything special and I expected special with the Earl’s menu. Also, the sticky toffee pudding tasted like chocolate cake so instead of sticky toffee pudding which was very disappointing. The food at Earl’s at Mapleview is much superior.

    It was an amazing night and the food and service was great. My wife’s steak was a little dry but their Customer Satisfaction person made it right and that was appreciated. We will go back again.

    Great food and served quickly! Our server was personable and attentive. We have been to other Earls locations but this is our favourite.
