   I would prefer it if the music were quieter. It's hard to carry on a conversation. Food is excellent but a bit pricey. They catered to my dietary sensitivities.

   We enjoyed spending time with a friend at Earl’s today. We had several servers, a bit more disjointed than our last visit. Overall, everyone was very helpful but we didn’t feel we had a particular server to check in with. Food and drinks were good and we had a lovely time with our friend.

   Wonderful experience, vibe was great and lively. Our server William was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend Earls to anyone.

   I’ve been a regular for some time, often bringing clients here because the experience typically matches the price point—decent food paired with attentive service. Unfortunately, that balance has shifted as service declining.

   Very unorganized at the welcome host/hostess table. Had reservation and they were unorganized and we waited 15 extra minutes with no explanations.

   Food was great. Service was very good once we actually had a server (there was some confusion and we sat for a long time without a server acknowledging us). It was too loud for decent conversation so I would recommend it for a social event but not a catch up conversation

    During a busy afternoon service, staff were attentive and made a celebratory lunch even better with friendly but not hovering service, and a lovely lava cake dessert on the house. Everything from my pre-lunch martini to the cajun chicken entree was fabulous and I look forward to going again.
