    We mentioned it was my grandaughters 9th birthday and they went out of there way to make it special, much appreciated. Food was good, service was very good. We will definitely return.

    Ordered yam fries as an appetizer but they were cold and chewy. Waiter brought a new order. Asked questions about the menu and took over 20 mins for an answer. Food portion (roast beef sandwich) was really small for the price.

    Our family had a great expience at Earls in the Financial District. We first started dining at Earls when we worked in Vancouver many decades ago, and the food quality is just as good today as it is was back then. :) The staff all made us feel welcome and the service was top notch. Special thanks to the Manager, Paige and our wait staff for a great experience. Thank you for making the pre-theatre birthday celebration for our 2 children memorable. The Kung Pao chicken did not disapoint, the sushi tacos, burgers, pizza and chicken tenders were served hot and were flavourful. We will never hesitate to visit this location again! Thank you again.

    Had a Sante Fe chicken salad and a Diet Coke. Total was $40 before tax. Really?? Holy crap, since when does it cost $35 for a small chicken breast and some lettuce? Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

    I would prefer it if the music were quieter. It's hard to carry on a conversation. Food is excellent but a bit pricey. They catered to my dietary sensitivities.

    We enjoyed spending time with a friend at Earl’s today. We had several servers, a bit more disjointed than our last visit. Overall, everyone was very helpful but we didn’t feel we had a particular server to check in with. Food and drinks were good and we had a lovely time with our friend.
