Service was very slow while we dined in for four people. I mentioned to the server I want d to order a burger and wings to go prior to getting our bill at the beginning of the meal. The bills were brought without the take away being ordered so I had to sit and wait while my friend left for 20 minutes for the takeaway. When we got home the wings looked to be half the size of the usual order … I know it is by weight but there were only 7 and they were small and cold. The whole experience was subpar compared to our usually experience of both quality and service at Earls. I called last night and asked about the wings and was told it was by weight so it should be fine, usually 8-9 wings at least. I had to argue to explain seven small wings was not the proper amount and finally she offered to have a credit emailed to me for the wings. I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing and would reconsider returning to Earls at this point. Liz Baron (604-813-2318)

Credit to our server for exceptional (upsell) proficiency and the kitchen for hitting my “special” -request out of the park.

As always, the Cob salad was delicious! Our lovely server, Kate , took great car of us. ❤️ We enjoyed our happy hour vino!!

We came to eat booked reservation for 4:15 for solarium. I picked the solarium as my seating. They gave us different seating then sat people who came in from the street our seat. I was shocked. Also our server was rude. I brought a $200 gift card a Client gave us and without trying she said these don't work. I said well you should try it before telling a guest it won't. (Of course the cars worked) Then she rolled her eyes at us very rudely and acted dismissive. I am appalled. I felt like not leaving a tip and writing on her receipt go back to serving school for proper etiquette. She deserved nothing tonight. Hopefully she was humble and kind to others.

The blackened chicken is a must, slightly saltier this time than usual. However, definitely still an all time favourite.

Great experience. A couple of hiccups with regards to the drinks but the server recovered well and made it well.

The food was sooo good in taste and presentation. Had many Vegan options which is the way I go and they were delicious choices. The wait staff were phenomenal and on point. By far the best way to start the new year. This is my new favorite location for earls. Plus they have a pizza cook station right in the middle you can them making and baking them. Really neat atmosphere very wide open.
