Overall experience was good. Some of the food was bland, but the rest was really good. Unfortunately, service wasn’t the greatest. We came out for a date night, so we had appies, mains and dessert as well as drinks. However, we had to try and get the attention of staff to be able to order anything. It was Saturday night and busy when we first arrived but the service was good when it was busy but as it slowed down, we seen less of our server.

I recently went to Earls with a few girlfriend and it was fantastic. There was a note on the table from staff that said girls night it was a really nice touch. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. We all had such a good time. It's definitely our spot for girls night, we love it.

I went to Earls Westhills about 2 weeks ago and had the Cajun Chicken Ceasar Salad and it was amazing...I ordered again at South Trails location and it was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it. Ayla was our server and I thought she was nice, however she didn't seem genuine, everything seemed too nice and too overdone...She was ok. She got a nice tip from us, but I don't think I will be back to this location.

We visit your location almost weekly. We always have chicken & ribs with chicken grilled. The chicken. If there is skin on it is amazing. When there is no skin on it, it is dry, hard and not good. Your kitchen needs to know about this. That is the only reason we come to your location. Please let me know if this will be taken care of. Regards, Larry Marquis
