Always a lovely meal at Earl's. Great that it was not that busy for January 1, so we were able to sit and hang out for a bit after our meal.

Earls has been our favourite restaurant for a long time but unfortunately our experience at Sherway this time was not what we usually expect from them. Front hostess wasn’t welcoming. We came for our favourite appetizer and unfortunately they were out. One of our entree was a completely wrong item and my burger was over done to a point it was hard to even chew. We were also overcharged for the burger when we received our bill. Our NYE dinner was just not as good as we wanted it to be here.

Amazing place to eat. Was originally supposed to go to Cactus club but they couldn’t serve hot food because of a vent issue in the kitchen. Made a reservation with earls and was able to get in right away. I always have such a good time at Earls, the ambiance, the food, all the cute plants! For sure recommended if you have never been.

Service was very good. Brunch menu was very limiting. Only two omelette choices and neither vegetarian? Overall a nice place to go but menu can be expanded to suit vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free diets. Washroom was very clean (which is always important)!

Whenever we visit Sherway, we usually try one of the local restaurants. This time, we decided to give Earls a try, but unfortunately, out of the three chain restaurants in the area, we’d rank it as the worst. The food was mediocre at best, and while the service was okay, it took a long time for our dishes to be cleared. The section where we were seated felt cold and the interior decor felt cheap. Overall, we’d recommend opting for one of the other restaurants in the area instead.

My friend and I shared an order of crab cakes, with salad and roast beef sliders. There were two crabcakes on the plate so we each had one. And he added an extra slider to the slider plate so we each had two sliders. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. We finished everything. But I could’ve done with just one slider and one crabcake. My only complaint is, it’s really not a good place for people who have any kind of hearing problems. It was quite noisy. This is not a complaint as such because it is the festive season and everybody was so happy to see everybody else and it was all happy noise. But it would’ve been nice to have a corner for older ladies who have hearing problems so they can talk. That is the only reason that I would not return to Earls. The food was great. Our waiter was really good. The ambiance was great., the bathrooms were great. Everything was just fine except for the noise and I don’t think the restaurant can really do anything about that.

We never have any complaints about the food! Today the pizza was cold, hard, chewy! Nobody gave us the happy hour menu! Our drinks were really bad like really watered down! We love your gin & tonic because of the fresh tonic water which is served in individual bottles, today were told after getting our drinks that you ran out of that specific tonic water due to the holidays! The wings & fries were still 10/10. The staff is always nice, today we only waited 5 mins! Kinda turned off cuz we like coming here! Hopefully this is a one off cuz of the holidays! We’ll see you in 2025

Love the Earls at Yorkdale Mall and other ones around the City, but for some reason the Sherway location doesn't get it. We have great experiences at other Earls but this one, multiple disappointing experiences in a row. This last time, ordered the steak, food was cold when it came out, and we found out they tried to re-cook it to warm it up which everyone knows will just make the steak chewy, as was the case here. Service was lackluster, we had to keep flagging the waitress down as she came to our table every 15-20min and you can't use "too busy" as an excuse. Again, other Earls, we have great experiences with food and service overall and it takes alot for us to write disappointing reviews.

We were a party of 3. We arrived 5 minutes late from our reservation and the host graciously took us to our table. Our server Keisha was lovely. We ordered cocktails and one appetiser to share. Our drinks and appetiser arrived promptly. We scanned the menu and we each ordered our main. My husband had a Kung Po Bowl, my friend chose the tortellini with chicken and I had the lump crab cakes with a salad. The food arrived quickly. The temperature was perfect. The only minus to the evening was we were seated by the window and it was a very cold night. We did not complain but wonder if that problem could be fixed with heaters.
