I did send a message on the app this was a first date and we would like a intimate quiet table The hostess took us to a high table in the bar area so obviously they didn’t read the special instructions I did ask for a table for two and we were accommodated but she didn’t seem very happy about the request

We agreed to move tables. Our meal was comped. My two nest friends had come in for my fathers funeral yesterday. I just lost my dad. This was my first day and outing. It was nice to have a complimentary meal and kindness. I am glad we chose Earls. My dad always sent positive customer service feedback. I thought I would carry on his legacy that way.

Great place. Food is always good. The only negative was I paid my bill in cash. The waiter asked how much change I wanted back. Was kind of awkward. He should have just brought all the change and let me decide on my own. He actually, suggested an amount. Ends up that I gave him a 30% tip. Not a big deal but not cool either.

We ordered 4 chicken fettucine alfredo dishes, one chicken Caesar, one plain Caesar and one clam chowder soup. The pasta dishes were very tasty with lots of sauce, but the bread had to be ordered separately. The Caesars were good, but we ordered extra sauce for them. The clam chowder soup is always delicious, but I miss the garlic bread that used to come with the meal. The hamburger was smaller than usual and overcooked. If they could grind the beef instore, customers would be able to order the meat at a temperature they like. That makes for a juicier burger. The sticky toffee pudding was good and a perfect size for two people to share. We made the reservation on Open Table and weren't allowed to book in the dining room. It was very loud in the lounge and difficult to visit. I should have phoned the restaurant to book a table. We arrived before 5, so we looked at the early bird menu. Wow, has that changed! We were disappointed in the selection of food and drinks offered, and never ordered anything from that menu. We will return because their clam chowder soup is the best.

Amazing service! We arrived early than our time spot but we only waited a few minutes and we were seated. Waiter was welcoming and efficient. Great food and service thank you! We will come back soon

I recently had dinner at Earl’s Sounthcentre with two other family members and had a terrific time, our table was a cozy booth near to bar, our hostess was friendly and courteous, our waiter attentive and prompt and the food was delicious, all in all a throughly enjoyable and successful evening.
