    1. Why does open table need me to confirm my phone number and get a confirmation code to give feedback??? You sent the feedback email. 2. After doing the text open table confirmation then they want an email address (which u already have) and confirmation code??? Ridiculous. 3. If you want feedback then make it easy to do so. This is ridiculous. 4. Earls website sucks!!! When I go onto the website for a specific location and hit the menu tab it takes me back to identify the location??? I was already on the location page. Fire your it manager!!! 5. After looking at the menu and I want to make a reservation., the reservation tab takes me back to find a restaurant. REALLY??? AgainI I was already on the website of the location i wanted to make a reservation for. Fire your IT manager!!! Trying to navigate through Earls website sucks!! 6. You serve greens with breakfast (doesn't make sense for breakfast) but they were soggy and limp. Why are the greens predressed and left sitting around like that. It was disgusting. Tasted like a salad that was dressed 3 days ago and left in the fridge. There are way too many restaurant options to put up with your website and poor food quality.

    We came with our grandsons. Part of a Christmas tradition. The steak frites and the Kung Pao were very good.

    Music was too loud. Pizza was very good. Other dish was too salty, a chicken taco of some sort. The bill came out to 67 dollars and I gave the server (one of four that we had - very odd) a hundred-dollar bill. He brazenly asked me if I wanted any change. He was angling for a 50% tip! The nerve of this curly-haired hypocrite. Fake smiles. Fake friendliness. A complete and total FRAUD. Never again.

    Earls Kitchen + Bar is our go-to spot for a great dining experience. My husband and I always enjoy dining here, and I especially love the cocktails; their flavours are consistently amazing. The staff are polite, professional, and attentive, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Our favorite spot is by the window, but during our most recent visit, the restaurant was quite busy, and we couldn’t get our preferred table. Nonetheless, we still had a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable night out!

    The food was good with the exception of the sticky chocolate pudding which was lukewarm and the ice cream scoop very small, unlike my previous orders of the same.
