    Arrived while Hapoy Hour was about to end. Really enjoyed the Old Fashioneds, prepared well. California Roll, Wagyu Sushi, and Truffle Pasta were all good. The place is a little noisy, but the friendly servers and Christmas cheer were great.

    When I made reservation I noted it was for a birthday celebration and when we were seated we were provided with 4 complimentary flutes of champagne. This was a nice surprise. The food was great and service was good. The birthday girl’s dessert came with a lighted candle. The only slight disappointment was not able to accommodate almond milk in a cappuccino. It was overall a great experience.

    I had the pleasure of dining at Earls at Collossus last night with 3 ladies for a friends bday. Our server Addi was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel right at home. Not only was Addi knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer great recommendations, but she also took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed. The drinks, truffle fries and the 3 cheese spinach dip were all delicious. Can’t wait to go again!

    As always, the food was excellent, as was the special festive cocktail. In the future, when booking for lunch, I might try for a later time, such as 2 PM. The dining room was full and extremely noisy - very difficult to have a conversation. The service was excellent.

    I have been to other locations but not this one. I was not impressed by the quality of food. Very poor unfortunately!

    We had reservations for 9pm we called to say we will be 5 minutes late, they told us no problem our table will be waiting. We got there at 9:03 and and had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table. When we sat down the draft from the front door made it chilli and it was a cold night out -18c. Also it was happy hour and we were not given the happy hour menu and the server needs to do better by letting us know that it is happy hour instead of us mentioning and she said o h yeah!

    They served us raw chicken. At least they were able to comp the meal. But highly likely will not be coming back.
