   Nice establishment. Good vide from the dining area, but would’ve rather have experienced the lounge which looked warm and cozy. Katie was FANTASTIC! Super attentive with a wonderful attitude. Thank you!! Dinner was great. My wife and I split the seafood platter while my son enjoyed his perfectly prepared medium rare filet. Will definitely be back to checkout the lounge area!

   I had wrote a special request when booking online. I wanted to surprise my best friend and ask her to be my bridesmaid. I arrived early to the reservation, I got seated right away and the hostess asked if I was Ashley (which I appreciate as she wanted to make sure I was the one giving the surprise) and then told me they saw the note and she will make sure that the server is up to date! Our server, Sarah was a massive help! She asked me if I wanted to give her the surprise box and flowers that I was going to try and hide under my jacket. We chatted and we arranged for another server to bring out glasses of bubbly and then for Sarah to bring out the box and flowers and place them in front of my friend at the same time when she arrived. They did this perfectly and with much enthusiasm! I genuinely felt like Sarah was more than happy to make the surprise happen and loved being apart of it! Regardless of how crazy busy the restaurant was already. Thank you Sarah for the fantastic memories you helped create!! Sarah even went the extra mile and brought us out a dessert surprise and gave me a white candle and my friend a pink candle and said congratulations at the end of our evening! We saw on our bills that some things got comped which I was not expecting at all, she didn’t need to go the extra mile but she did and I will forever be grateful. Fantastic service, Sarah 🤍

   We arrived at our reserved time and were seated quickly. We decided our order quickly and got our order in early. However, it took an hour plus to just to get our food. Apparently there was a private booking in the back room and their orders went in before ours. Earl’s should know when a large group is incoming and plan/manage the staff according. They should also set expectations and make accommodations for the remainder of the restaurant as we could see a lot of other tabkes waiting as well. The manager did swing by for a quick apology but it felt like they were going through the motions. After our dinner arrived and we’d finished the server offered us a free small dessert to split between three adults. Seriously?! I would have preferred an app or bread while we waited, which would have inspired us to order another round. The food was good but not worth the wait. Suffice to say a poor experience, we will go elsewhere rather than risk this again.

    In the hours before our reservation I received 3 emails confirming changes to my reservation that I did not make. Our server delivered a drink for my wife, which was wonderful. She requested a second one but received a plain version. He insisted it was the same, which it clearly was not. Claimed the bartender just made it different..and why would they do that? He did only charge for the first one but made us feel weird about it. Food was very good but so expensive it affected our choices. Service was just not to our expectations.
