We were unable to order mains due to issues in the kitchen, and most of the items we tried to order were unavailable at the time. This left us feeling quite disappointed with our experience.

Hostess was very friendly. Service was great. Brooke was awesome - definitely made our experience 10/10. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, our allergies, attentive and informative. Always came to our table with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.

The 5 of us had a fantastic evening, the staff and service were spectacular. Food was excellent,hot and fresh straight from the kitchen, our server was professional, friendly and efficient as always. The seven of us ladies get together often throughout the year our favorite choice is Earls in Yaletown. And our tradition at Christmas is always Earls in Yaletown.

Thomas was so friendly and helpful! Food was good. Dessert (crème brûlée) took over 20min to arrive and that seemed unnecessarily long. Overall appreciated the service and had a nice time.

The waitress was so rude and condescending towards me. I have never been talked to the way she talked to me! Will think twice about going here now.

My friend and I dined in the Winter Wonder Lounge pop-up. It was on the quieter side, which seemed normal for New Year's Day, so I was surprised by how long it took for the food to come out. Despite that, the service and food were both good--at the level expected from any Earls.

Don’t bother writing a seating preference or indicating special needs or a celebration. It will be ignored. The music was so loud, we couldn’t talk and when we asked to turn it down a bit ( we were the only table on the patio) it wasn’t done until it was time to leave with a headache. Service was also slow, hit & miss. Manager came to ask if we had a problem but her tone was confrontational so just said we’d like to leave as soon as possible. Happy Birthday to me. 😔 horrible experience.
