The service was mediocre and the noise/music was insanely loud, could barely have a conversation with my colleagues. Food was good at least.

The dishes we had quite tasty, grilled chicken, Caesar salad, salmon, press, and citrus noodles. The ambiance was lively, but a little too noisy for us. Our server was pleasant and helpful.

My son and I attended at the Earls this afternoon. The food was good, service was good and the ambiance was suburb! We will go back there again !

I made a reservation for a good friend to talk about personal issues so I requested a more private table and they accommodated us with a lovely booth. We happened to be there for the later happy hour so enjoyed multiple Margueritas and had the waygu pressed sushi and 2 steak frites entrées. I go to the Yorkville location a couple times a month and must say the service in consistently excellent and all the food superb.

Food was good, vibe was good, especially after 10 it got louder and sounded more like a Dj than a playlist. But the service was terrible. But it didn’t seem like the servers fault. They lack leadership. Not once did I see a manager walk the floor. No table touches, not from the manager not the server. In fact the servers assistant poured water all over our friends lap while pouring flat water and barely flinched. Then we had to keep chasing them to bring us another sparkling water (and easy way to increase a bill). Right from the jump we ordered cocktails and tequila shots. She should have known to be on us, instead we moved to wine because at least we can pour our own bottle because we kept waiting between cocktails for her to come by and place more orders. But then again I went to bathroom and saw her taking orders on the other side of the restaurant. It was busy, which again is why I don’t blame the server. I blame management. Even expo that brought food seemed frazzled. Time to step it up management because you’re not leading this team to success. This spot has so much potential. Food was so good, well priced and actually came out fast considering we had to track down our server to get our orders in every time. The one time she came to check in with us was to ask if we wanted our bill. That’s unfortunate. Hope they improve because I’d love to be back.

If you're looking for an excellent happy hour deal with a upbeat vibe and great ambiance this is the spot. Tasty food, great drinks.

Earl’s happy hour menu is awesome! They have a wide selection and the prices are so reasonable. I’ve been many times.

Truly the worst service I've ever seen. I won't bother detailing it all but our server was obviously very new to serving and had no support. This location of Earls is obviously lacking any sort of skilled management. We were the only table in the small dining area by the time our mains came and every single table around us had detritus from whoever had eaten there still sitting. Drinks service was very slow but the food came out hot and correct. Management matters, Earls, you can't just hire a bunch of pretty kids and hope they can wing it all by themselves.
