Indulge in an unforgettable dining adventure at Earth, one of Maine's top restaurants. Nestled among balsam and birch trees, Earth embodies community, connecting exceptional cuisine with dedicated farmers and foragers.

Our farm-to-table menu celebrates locally-sourced ingredients, including meats, seafood, and vegetables from our organic gardens. Crafted by Chef Justin Owen, each dish boasts distinct, handcrafted flavors.

For intimate gatherings, reserve the Potting Shed for up to six guests or the Painting Shed for up to 12 (food & beverage minimum required, call to reserve).

Note: Table reservation durations: 2 hours for parties of two, 2.5 hours for parties of four or more. Walk-ins currently unavailable. Check for new openings regularly.

                                                      The food was fabulous and the service was unsurpassed. The level of attention to detail from the kitchen and waitstaff made this beautiful restaurant a real highlight of our trip

                                                      Excellent dinner as always. They made it extra special for my mom’s 75th birthday. This place is the best in town - such good food, service and ambiance. You can’t go wrong with the tuna sashimi, beef tartare, any of the pasta courses and the duck or venison to finish. The donuts are a must for dessert.

                                                      Food was very good and the service provided by Charlie, our waiter, was exceptional. It’s always nice to see him when we dine there. It’s really nice that Earth has been able to maintain the year-round consistency.

                                                      Beautiful dining experience. Food is deliciously prepared, service very attentive. Special evening celebrating our anniversary and our server Danielle had “surprises” to accentuate our anniversary. Overall, a memorable experience.
