Indulge in an unforgettable dining adventure at Earth, one of Maine's top restaurants. Nestled among balsam and birch trees, Earth embodies community, connecting exceptional cuisine with dedicated farmers and foragers.

Our farm-to-table menu celebrates locally-sourced ingredients, including meats, seafood, and vegetables from our organic gardens. Crafted by Chef Justin Owen, each dish boasts distinct, handcrafted flavors.

For intimate gatherings, reserve the Potting Shed for up to six guests or the Painting Shed for up to 12 (food & beverage minimum required, call to reserve).

Note: Table reservation durations: 2 hours for parties of two, 2.5 hours for parties of four or more. Walk-ins currently unavailable. Check for new openings regularly.

Earth is truly so special and the food is amazing. Every time we come to Maine we make it a point to come to earth. We bring guests and they always say it’s the best meal they ever had.

Beautiful restaurant. Fabulous service. Great for special occasions. My only criticism is that it is super expensive if you drink alcohol and appetizer portions are very small. Though overall a great place if you want a special experience

The setting was beautiful, the food fantastic and the service was good. The only complaint would be that the waitress took a cocktail away before it was finished. Yes we could have complained but didn't.

Earth at Hidden Pond is an amazing dining experience. One of the best meals we've ever had. The Venison entree is incredible. The staff provides top level service.

Every dish was amazing! Justin is an extremely talented chef and we can’t wait to go back. Even something like potato leek soup, which I almost didn’t select because it seemed too ordinary and there were so many other great options in the first course, ended up being the best soup I have ever had. Cocktails were creative and fantastic as well. Really nice ambience with the rustic but elegant decor.
