   Pasta as usual is good. Missed the fried calamari as it is replaced with seafood. The Tiramisu was amazing, one of the best I have had.

   I felt like the seafood pasta and the kids pasta portions were too small. The kids pasta bowl was not even full. We had the kale salad and it had no flavour. It was in need of something acidic like lemon or vinegar. There was none whatsoever. It was an expensive lunch for basic food.

   We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our server was kind and doing her best, but service was noticeably slow—understandable given how many tables she had. The food was just okay, but I was genuinely surprised to be served a small, child-sized portion of fettuccine for $30. It's pasta… not exactly a luxury item. A more generous portion would’ve made a big difference. One thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was noticing after I paid that the tip was charged on top of the tax. That’s not transparent or appreciated. We were hoping for a more special experience, especially for a birthday dinner. I’m leaving this review not to complain, but in hopes that management considers offering a little something to make it right—because we’d love a reason to come back and give it another try

   Beet salad was amazing! My husband’s pasta dish with cherry tomatoes was also great! But my entree, the lasagna was terrible, very dry.

   Drinks were not bad Pizza was cold which is weird because there is a wood oven, calamari was below average quality seafood and way too salty, pasta got mixed up and when we wanted to change it they didn’t give us what we wanted, didn’t bother getting dessert because everything was “meh”

   Our pizza had way too much oil. Ceasars salad had no dressing our bruschetta was flavourless and our pastas were uncooked which made them crunchy

   Food is consistently really good. The menu has changed slightly but anyone can find something they will like. The Burrata is to die for and that would be my appetizer recommendation.

    We had gone for a special celebration on a Monday night so restaurant not busy. Server was inexperienced. Drinks that were ordered and inputed into a laptop in front of us came out with the wrong mixes and liquors. Focaccia that they are know for they were out of 2-3. Bruschetta came with only two small pieces, also was a spin in traditional Bruschetta so if you didn’t pick up on in in Italian or in small print you were surprised. Not tasty too, lemony. All apps were for one person only not for sharing, too small. Pastas were all al dente even the Fresca ones and not tasty. If you order a pop there like a Coke fyi they only serve Italian versions no coke or Pepsi products, server did not alter us. Fritto Misto was too salty we sent it back and were still charged for it. One of my guest ordered a steak, the forgot about it. It was not busy and it took 15 minutes to get the steak finally at which point my guest had to ask for a steak knife. They offered us a mini rice ball as a consolation for the late steak that we didn’t want and we were still charged for the steak! The only meal that was average was the margarita pizza for my 14 year old. All pastas not good. I’ve been to many Eataly’s over the years and this one before however our experience this time was horrible and embarrassing for my guests. Also we weren’t told that with a party of 10 the tip Was included already. Very displeased. I don’t take time normally to write comments but it was a special night for myself and our guests and we were all very dissatisfied.
