With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula.

We put a unique nose-to-tail spin on the traditional steakhouse, allowing diners to indulge in the best cuts of meat for incredibly approachable prices.

A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for.

Our 7,000 square foot space is located in the Downtown Commons Neighborhood (DOCO) in the lobby of The Sawyer Hotel. Situated on the bustling J Street corridor facing the Golden 1 Center main entrance.

We have a versatile space: a private dining room with audio/visual capability, an outdoor patio, and an outdoor bar available for rent.

Originally opened in Las Vegas, Echo & Rig is touted as “The Best Group Dining Experience in Las Vegas”. We are truly a cut above the rest and a top choice for corporate and social entertaining. We have a versatile space: a private dining room with audio/visual capability, an outdoor patio, and an outdoor bar available for rent; we provide in-house food and bar service; and production and styling options.                                                             Delicious appetizers and entrees. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese & New York strip. Creamy cheese with soft pasta melted elegantly with a tender, and flavorful steak sat wonderfully.

                                                            Great experience from the beginning to the end. Hostess sat us promptly. Manager Matt greeted us at the table and which really set the mood for our entire dining experience. Our server, Zach was celebrating his own birthday and had great knowledge of the menu. He provided excellent service and had a great sense of humor. This may be one of our new favorite spots!

                                                            One of our dishes needed to be replated and it took more than 10 minutes for it to come out. While the other 2 plates came out fine. No comp to make up for the mistake and the replated food was cold.
