Overall our dining experience was pleasant. The broad food selections were great and nothing was disappointing. Initially when arriving there was a delay with our seating per a special request made prior when making reservations, regarding sitting next to the fire place. However, when the host verified an allowance in a wing that wasn't being used we were promptly seated. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to come back in the future!

We had a great birthday dinner! Lisa took fantastic care of us and I would ask for her again. We decided to try the Happy Hour Menu, and we were not disappointed. I had the Lobster Roll; my husband had the Filet Mignon Sliders, and we shared the Onion Ring Tower. To start we shared the Caesar salad with a bottle of Malbec. There was a lot of food so we could not finish everything. Leftovers are always great! Since it was my birthday, Lisa brought out a huge piece of decedent chocolate cake! We took home cake as well. We usually eat in the dining room but enjoyed the change this time in the bar. The food and service was worth the change!

Walked in on early Sunday and was greeted by Lilly the host who sat me wherever I wanted. She did read my preference for a table by a fireplace but I was not sure if my business date would show up last minute (and he didn’t.) George was bartender & served me and offered me the Sunday Social Happy Hour which I was happy to order 2 items from the special menu and he made me a delicious hot Irish Coffee as well as the food was great. Being an owner of several hospitality restaurants in my life, I appreciated great service and food. From Bartender/Server, George to Hostess, Lilly you have an excellent team who truly cares about their customer. I gave you a lower score on sound ambiance because of a couple arguing loudly behind me that the few others around me couldn’t help notice that took away from the experience. It’s not your fault but they could have too many drinks by then and didn’t realize how long they were becoming which was a bit of annoyance that I didn’t want to listen to. That’s why I left right afterwards.

I ordered the fillet sliders in the lounge. Fillet was like shoe leather. Waitress was nice to off er the French dip which was gristly. Not good at all.

Food was excellent. Prepared/cooked as requested. Steaks here are always delicious. Eddie Merlot's chopped salad is my favorite, and it didn't disappoint last night. They've changed the shrimp cocktail sauce a bit and neither myself nor my husband were fans of the new sauce - but other than that, everything was perfect. Bread served warm. Wine was excellent - and a good value too. (A Napa bottle of cab sauv wine for $75 in a restaurant is pretty good!) Water glasses kept full. We will be back.

First waitress said she had to leave and brought another waitress. First waitress continued to serve the table next to use and never left. Celebration chocolate cake was extremely dry
