Unfortunately, we dined on the wrong night at Eddie’s. My wife’s fillet was very good but our crab cakes were small, overdone and too salty. Likewise, the grilled romaine salad was not the best and also too salty. My strip steak was very thin, lots of fat and also very salty. Very disappointing. The asparagus was ‘cooked to death’. The server did his best to keep courses moving but the entire dinner was uncharacteristically slow. After many good meals at Eddie’s this, I hope, was an outlier.

Had a lovely evening at Eddie Merlots. Our server Joe made our Anniversary very special. Suggested a great cocktail for me. Steak was so delicious. Brussel spout could have been done a bit more. I wish it was a bit brighter in in there. Also this might be a little petty, but the leftover bag should be upgraded with your name on it not plastic At the price you are paying and upgraded bag to advertise would be recommended for business. But overall food was delicious

Steak was badly undercooked, food was mostly cold when delivered and even complimentary dessert was overcooked. Restaurant had been making progress but on a Saturday night arriving at 6:30 during the holiday season, the team just wasn’t on their A or B game…

Overall my experience was pretty good. We were seated promptly and our server (who was in training) immediately came over and took our orders. Our appetizer was amazing. We asked that our Iceberg salad be split between the two of us and after waiting forever, it wasn’t done. We then had to ask for bread. Once our main course arrived it was time to smash. I had the salmon and my wife had the chicken. Both were delicious but my wife veggie was way overcooked, but they did swap them out for broccoli which was really good. Since this was our 37th anniversary, we got the carrot cake for dessert. Again our overall experience is a four. Ive eaten here numerous times and this is the first time I’ve been somewhat disappointed, however I will return.

Food was good for Thanksgiving dinner but service was far below expectations. Incorrect food was brought out, server was overwhelmed, had to send back cold food to be heated, erong drinks were brought out, and many other issues. We will not likely go out for a special occasion here again. For this price, we will go to other higher end steakhouses.

It was a special Thanksgiving celebration, and the food was delicious. There were so many at the restaurant waiting for a table, it caused somewhat of manpower shortage for immediate service, once a group or couple were seated. We enjoyed our time and dinner servings.

It was Thanksgiving so we expected a bit of a wait, but I still felt that the wait for food, another glass of wine, and the check was too long. The appetizer course was great for both of us, but the main course was not hot, the asparagus was overcooked and my garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic. They didn't seem prepared to deal with the Thanksgiving crowd. I expected better from Eddie Merlot's.

Food arrived cold. The kitchen was in turmoil. They were out of the dessert we ordered when it was time to have it delivered to the table. A mess from start to finish!

We thought we had plans for Thanksgiving, but they fell through. I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner reservation for my family two days before the big day. We had a fairly early reservation, but they ran out of one of the items on the price fixe menu. They did accommodate with an alternate item. I thought the dinner was okay, but not quite at the level we usually get at the restaurant. The mashed potatos were a little dry and the turkey was not carved from a bird. I can forgive that, but the stuffing was not good. It was sweet instead of savory. I highly recommend they look for an alternate recipe. Our waiter was very nice, but a bit harried. Not sure if I would do this again, but everyone has a bad day once in a while, so I’m sure we will be back, just probably not for Thanksgiving.
