Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Ariella , Ariella , Ariella ! My partner and I frequent steakhouses in Boston and I can 100% say I have never had the level of service Ariella gave us. My fiancé is pregnant and when we asked for the desert menu , first thing I said is wow they don’t have tiramisu. Ariella 5 minutes later shows up with a tiramisu cheesecake she ran to Cheesecake Factory to get for her. WHAT A ROCKSTAR YOU GUYS HAVE ! Eddie Vs has immediately jumped to my #1 steakhouse and I will be requesting Ariella every time. She embodies what customer service is all about. If you have any event coming up , please request her. If you’re her manager reading this , I beg you to promote her to run this business. If she can coach them to half of her service , you would have the best staff on the planet.

Absolutely delicious meal as always! Eddie Vs always goes above and beyond to make our experience the best. The service was great and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Not enough can be said about the South African lobster tail either!

Got there at 4:30pm. Place was quiet, servers attentive. Fish was very fresh: lobster, clams, tuna all tasted like they just got off the boat. Will be back next week!

I am always amazed on how the service at Eddie V's can get any better and once again they out did themselves. Jay who we had the pleasure of having serve us went above and beyond in so many ways. He offered to get my 2 yr old niece a plate of fruit which she was in her glory, to him just being so attentive to all of our needs was just amazing. One of the manager personally came over to wish my daughter a happy bday and said to let her know if we need anything which was a nice jesture. Then there is Lauren who unfortunately was off so I couldnt get to meet her. Lauren thank you for putting everything together, thank you for the card for Naia along with the champagne toast. I do have to say when I was checking in and told them my name, the hostess we know you as Lauren said to make sure to take care of you. I could go on and on about Lauren and Jay... Eddie V's you really have an amazing staff, the food and drinks was top notch... To anyone who has nevet gone I will tell you personally to go in whether for a drink at the bar, apps or just enjoying the live entertainment you will be sure to have a wonderful time. PS Lauren, I will be back again this month, hope to finally meet you then.
