Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Our waitperson, Olivia was marvelous! She e planed the $55 menu and listened closely to a drink order and asked questions to make sure she got the order right. We enjoyed the evening!

The food was really good . We did the dine in menu and was so worth it. It was the perfect amount of food ( I wish the cake was a tad bigger , I love my sweets) . The filet was perfectly cooked and I got the crumble blue cheese which was chef kiss. Shout out to chef Dan. I am definitely going back.

It was my birthday and from greeting, seating, service, meal and farewell everything was incredible. We were a party of 5 turned 4 at the last minute and treated extremely well by various staff. It was a busy Friday night during restaurant week and they didn’t miss a beat! I will go back and recommend them!!

First time visit. I ordered from Dine out Boston menu, hubby chose from regular menu. Food was delicious, calamari to start, beautiful presentation, well seasoned & a delicious sauce to accompany that. My cesar salad was fresh & crisp, but next time I’ll ask for less dressing, it was just too much for my taste. The salmon was perfectly cooked to my request, & the mustard rye glaze was yummy. Parmesan crusted sole was very tasty, however a bit too much crust which took from the flavor of the fish itself. The brussel sprouts was a large portion, had great flavor but a little too charred for our liking. Dessert: I just got vanilla ice cream from the Dine out Boston choice of dessert, & I seriously had to do a double take to find it in the bowl. I know Dine out menu is a sampling but for real it was the tiniest scoop I’d ever seen. My hubby got the raspberry sorbet, & had 3 huge scoops in his bowl. The ambiance was lovely, live music coming from lounge was enjoyable. The place was busy but not loud & atmosphere was very relaxed. Our server was amazing. He really made it for us. 10stars for Simon.

This was hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I have had. My friend and I decided to give them a try after seeing them on the restaurant week list in Boston. When my friend and I entered, we were greeted by the host and two others. It was not long before we were seated, as we had a reservation. The lump crab cake and maine lobster tacos tasted so fresh and delicious, with presentation also as a plus. Our waiter, Sebastian, recommended that we try one of his favorites on the cocktail list so we said why not? It was phenomenal - not watered down, not too liquor heavy. Before our main course was served, we were given hot towels which was a nice touch. The main course arrived, myself getting the jumbo shrimp and my friend getting the salmon. At this point, we were both so pleasantly full, but the main course was equally as delicious as the dishes that came before. The shrimp was fresh, and the lump crab cake stuffed in the center was great as well. We got the truffle mac and cheese as well, which tasted incredibly rich and flavorful. Another one of our waiter’s favorites and he did not disappoint. You could taste the quality honestly. We finished with dessert, having the banana foster cake and crème brûlée. Our waiter brought out two glasses of champagne as a complimentary little bonus, also very nice. Overall, I would go back again 100 percent and I am recommending this to anyone looking for a great restaurant in Boston, with stellar service. The staff really has a way of making guests feel special, and that is what stuck with my friend and I. It is sad to say, but you do not get that at every high end restaurant. 10/10 and I do not write reviews, but I had to.
