Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Overall wonderful evening at Eddie’s. Food and service was off the charts. Truly an incredible crew with skilled management. Grace was my server and she went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable evening. The manager Kelly also chatted with me about my experience. Can’t say enough great things about Eddie v’s.

    Our first time at Eddie V's. A true 5 star dining experience. The lobster tacos and crab cakes were delicious. We were impressed with the quantity and quality of the ingredients. They do not scrimp. The Hong Kong Sea Bas was very fresh and flavourful. We will definitely return.

    Our server Gregory was fantastic the food was very good the live music in the bar was very nice parking was expensive

    The first time dining here. The food (appetizers, steak and seafood) were awesome. The environment is amazing- esp the dinner music played by the musicians in the bar area. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

    Our birthday foursome had a wonderful time! Not only was I greeted with a birthday card, --we all were given champagne and a free appetizer---We had wonderful service and a delicious birthday dessert at the end. This has become our celebration place to go!! Highly reccommend!
