Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Came for our 1 year wedding anniversary dinner. Food, service, and ambiance was perfect. Greeted warmly and given a little card to wish us a happy anniversary.

    Service was horrible. Server put in our apps and salads before even taking our entree orders. So we received our first courses at the same time, then our steaks 30 minutes later. Ribeye came out rare and cold to the touch. No crust. I ordered it medium. Sent it back. Still no crust and it was rare in some parts and well in others. Two other ordered filets that were inconsistently cooked. I go to prime steakhouses a lot and I would recommend going somewhere else. There are several other options in the area.

    The service and attention here is impeccable. Our server Julian was amazing, taking the time to go over favorite dishes and describing them with great detail. The food was delightful. I had the sea bass which was buttery, cooked to perfection in the perfect amount of ginger. The dessert was amazing, the most unexpected flavors in the trio of sorbet, cookies and banana cake. The ambiance is very nice, the live music adding a classy touch.

    The hostess was extremely friendly and able to accommodate our request to sit outside versus inside. Our waiter was very tentative and knowledgeable about the menu. And the manager., Alev, was extremely professional. He came to our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal and asked if there was anything we needed.

    Everything was excellent except when I was ordering my side for my steak they said there were no mashed potatoes left so I ordered an app but then after eating my appetizer the waiter came back And said they have mashed potatoes available now so I ordered them. Only issue was I could have gone without eating the lobster bisque. Bit it was all delicious. The point is steak restaurants should never run out of an additional item that goes with your $65 steak.

    Alexandra, our server was excellent. We were disappointed that after we ordered they ran out of a side we ordered and I was glad I checked the bill because, although we declined a replacement the originally order side was still on our bill. Our server quickly removed the order when it was called to her attention. However, the line between very good and great in a dining experience is determined by the little details being right the first time.
