Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. As expected, great service good food. Too loud and had a hard time communicating over the music. Disappointed that the side lot was taken over by the valet.

Absolutely Lovely Experience! Everything from the Atmosphere, Service, Food was a delight! Our server, Jake was Incredible and made our Experience at this restaurant one will remember. Definitely already planning our next visit back. Thank you Eddie V's!!!

Eddie V’s consistently knocks it out of the park! Service is always outstanding - tonight was no exception! Diego did a fantastic job! We love coming here!

We have been to Eddie V's many times and have never been disappointed. Jeremy is a wonderful server and always makes the best recommendations. The food is always great and although the restaurant is known for it's great seafood, their steaks are top quality, too. I rate this restaurant a true five stars.

Went for restaurant week the menu had great choices. Food was salty. My dessert was ok to much rum that's all I could tas5. But the service was top notch.

The food is perfectly cooked. Our server was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. It's the best restaurant I have eaten at this year.

We went to Eddie V's for Denver Restaurant Week. Their menu was a good value for the money. Lobster Bisque was tasty, steaks were cooked perfectly, the truffle mash potatoes were delicious (just not enough of them) and to cap it off, the Banana Fosters butter cake dessert was spectacular - flaming as it is served to you. We also had great service from our waiter, Eric. This was my first time at Eddie V's...but I'll definitely be back!
