Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     My experience was great, this was my first visit I will definitely be back. I now have a new favorite in Kansas City. My server was awesome.

    We loved where we sat next to the piano. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Our server went over and beyond, thank you for making our anniversary special.

    We loved out waiter, It was our first time at this restaurant and definitely our most memorable fine dining experience we’ve had our entire lifetime. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back!

    Great food!! Fresh!! Best steak and seafood by far around. Drinks are top notch! Service was polite, knowledgeable & quick. The wife and I had a great experience. And to top it off she was delivered a long stemmed rose at the end of the meal!

    Our service was outstanding and the seafood was great! Steak, not so much. Too much char on the steak. Tasted more char than the steak.

    Love the banana foster as it’s a must anytime we visit. Services is typically good and the lamb chops are good as well.

    Everything from start to finish was excellent! Kyler was one of the best severs we have ever had. Very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we were happy throughout the entire experience. Food came out as ordered, beautifully presented and delicious. Will continue to return to one of our favorite restaurants in KC!

    Great menu options, steaks prepared perfectly. Service is excellent, especially Stephen. Highly recommend this place for a nice meal!
