Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks.     From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The staff was very attentive. Genna our server was excellent! The food was delicious. We had the crispy shrimp, lobster bisque, swordfish and filet mignon. All cooked perfectly, but the best part was the bananas foster cake for dessert! Will definitely return.

    This was our first visit to Eddie V's. We were there for KC Restaurant Week, so the menu was limited. But it did not disappoint. The filet was delicious and could be cut with a fork. We also had the salmon and it was prepared perfectly. Even the sour dough bread was excellent. Bridget was taking care of us. She explained both the Restaurant Week menu as well as the full menu. Both Bridget and the young man helping did not hover but stopped by the table at just the right time to check on us. Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Eddie V's and will definitely return.

    Food is exceptional. Cody was a great server. Might come back to KC just to eat at Eddie V's.

    Restaurant week dining was not the same standard that we are used to at Eddie V’s. The vegetables with the salmon were very mushy, the sauce on the salmon was very runny, the mashed potatoes were very garlicky and salty. The portion size of the mashed potatoes was very small, too. The quality of the steak and salmon was good, The Caesar salad was just ok and the cookie that was with the dessert was partially burned. The presentation of the dessert was also not as great as usual. I think I’ll skip Eddie v’s during restaurant week and go to North Italia instead. North Italia was amazing! Sorry.. I prefer leaving a stellar review . Dining at Eddie V’s is usually outstanding… not this time though.

    Excellent service amazing food. My first visit during restaurant week. I tried the crab fried rice and Norwegian salmon. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Actually everyone we encounter was professional and friendly I will definitely go back.

    Since we have never been to Eddie V's we went for restaurant week. Everyone and every item off the menu was EXCEPTIONAL! We will definitely be back. With Love, The Callaghans
