Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Nearly 2 hrs to get our food. Staff apologized many times but still way late. Had two friends and it was their first time there. Not a good first impression for than at all.

    We had impeccable service from start to finish! Our waiter, Cody made the night one of the best ever, his sense of timing, suggestions, and personality immediately set the tone for an incredible dining experience! Food was crazy good, sea bass, parm horseradish crusted on top of my filet was delicious. Ambiance is just beautiful, having a small booth for two is always my favorite! Everyone we came in contact with we’re all so kind and pleasant…can’t say enough about a beautiful night on the Plaza…they indeed made it a VERY Merry Christmas! 🎄

    The whole experience was not up to par. Steak undercooked and shrimp/scallops were overcooked and tough.

    Man, this was the second dinner i hosted at EV in the past month. I took one of my teams last month and it was marvelous. great food and service. Brought another team this week. Food was great as always, but the service was terrible. Dinner for six took FOUR HOURS. we enjoyed each others company, but no fewer than three times were we abandoned for more than 20 minutes with no service. no drinks, no server to ask for something. We ordered the shellfish tower, but server disappeared and we didn't see her for drinks or other request for 20 minutes. soup and salad course was a failure. two lobster bisques never came. one salad was 10 minutes behind the others, creating an awkward situation for the table. do we wait? couldn't find the server, so we ate while scott sat on his hands. after the course was complete, we sat for another 20 minutes, with empty plates and empty drinks. This happened several times during the meal. It was extremely frustrating to me as the host, because it was a distraction to the great conversation we were having. We kept having to stop the conversation and say "man, where is the server, i need X, or Y". By the time we got to dessert, I was ready to leave, but as host i deferred to my group, they ordered a few desserts and coffees. We waited for 20 minutes for dessert to arrive. ate for 10 minutes. then another 10-15 minutes waiting for the check. multiple times during the meal I nearly lost my cool, and started to get up to track down somebody. twice, just as I was standing up, the server would arrive. She was very nice when she was there, but she just wasn't there enough. I never saw a manager that I could address this with...at least they never visited our table. I didn't request the manager from the server, or leave my guests to go track one down, as I didn't want to escalate the problem and make a scene in front of my guests. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt, but it just kept happening. I

    We always ice our experience at Eddie V’s! We had a group of 10 and they put us in a beautiful private room! It was amazing!!!
