Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     Cody was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was wonderful, as always. This is a must for any special occasion in our family.

    Absolutely a wonderful experience, we sat on the bar side, had a nice atmosphere, piano playing in the back ground. Just a nice, wonderful, relaxing evening with great food, and amazing drinks.

    An excellent choice for any special occasion or just as a special treat. A bit pricey, but well worth it...great food, excellent presentation and over-the-top service.

    Thank you for an amazing evening! I called and told the restaurant that we were celebrating an engagement and requested a bottle of champagne. The table was set with a congratulations card, and the bottle was ready for the toast! Thank you! The food was delicious! Service was the best!

    What can I say? Another wonderful happy hour with my soon to be daughter in law! It was her first time, and she loved it. We shared the oysters Rockefeller, some raw oysters, the beet salad, and filet sliders. She had a special cocktail that impressed her. Wow! Love the music, JERRY the awesome guy at the front desk, the free valet, the entire wait staff, and the little special touches that made her birthday special. THANKS Jerry!

    We probably won't be back. We never had a bad experience untill tonight ..our waitress Lauren B. was rude - short- hateful- mean- NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ..we brung some guess it was there 1st time and they expected 5 star service and received 1 star ....we looked like idiots ...she destroyed our new years dinner..not pleasant at all ..we all asked each other did anyone see her smile 1 time and no one saw her smile once ...if you hate your job that. Much go do something else.....I guess we will be going to 801 or Sullivan's or majestic more often ..we use to go to capital grill as well but since you Same company We will not go to capital grill from now on either...when u spend $800 on a dinner for 4 people u expect 5 star experience. And sad it was far far away from that. We Always leave $100 plus tip. .and left her $40 ..honestly WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE HER ANY TIP @ ALL ..and we shouldn't have to be honest ...it's really sad cause Eddie vs was my wife's favorite restaurant..NOT NOW .

    Simply stated, Eddie V's never disappoints. As always, the concierge was amazing on an extremely busy New Years evening. Tiffani was outstanding with her counterpart, Olivia, offering the best service throughout the night. Bringing in 2025 with champagne, a stellar seafood tower, followed by THE best bone-in ribeye was a memory for ushering out 2024.

    Absolutely phenomenal dining experience each and every time we go here. You won't find better hosts and wait staff. The food is consistently spot on and very much worth every penny. We highly recommend!
