Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Fantastic restaurant. The food and the service were over the top. Great menu. I didn’t give a 5 star rating because of one thing. When booking the reservation you are notified about a dress code. We were happy to dress to code but many customers were dressed in sweats, athletic clothes/hats, jeans with decorative holes and more. Management needs to enforce the code.

Couldn’t wait to visit since downtown location closed. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive staff, great food.

Our server, Jimmy Y., was outstanding, and given that this was our first visit to Eddie V’s, Jimmy’s explanations and recommendations were invaluable.

Great food! Crab cakes ❤️ Wonderful atmosphere in the bar area ( live music was outstanding) Service was very good considering how busy it was on a Saturday night at 830 Will definitely be back to try the rest of the food on the menu.

Food was excellent! Sea bass was wonderful Snow White and the broth with it the perfect accent for winter evening.

Great ambience and vibe. Seated in the back room which was freezing, so wore my coat during dinner. Food was good and service adequate, which I’m sure will improve (only been open for a few weeks). Will be back. Recommend.

I’ve dined here twice now, my first experience being better than last nights. My NY strip was unbelievable perfection on my first visit. Melt in your mouth wonderful. Last night it was slightly overcooked, but flavorful and not quite as tender. The scallops are outstanding! Skip the wedge salad, it’s underwhelmingly basic. The wine list is superb and use the manager/sommelier to help choose. She’s very knowledgeable and led us to pick a few great bottles of wine so far.

Had a great experience dining at Eddie V’s last night. There were 4 of us. Two guests had the bone in ribeye steaks which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. One person had the parmesan sole, also delicious and I had the fillet and lobster which was great. James our server was extremely attentive and a wonderful person. Ambience is unbelievable and relaxing. Two of us will be returning for Christmas Eve dinner!
