Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Julio was fantastic! We were worried about the location change, but food was phenomenal per usual. Food was fresh and the experience was enjoyable. Lamb was cooked to perfection! Will be back.

The food was excellent, especially the oysters, parmesan crusted sole, lobster tacos, and stuffed shrimp, as well as the crab fried rice. Service was also very good, considering they had only been open 4 or 5 days!

We had an exceptional evening at Eddie V’s. Their perfect margarita is actually perfect. We started with the tuna sashimi appetizer and the lobster tacos, they were the right choice. We shared a few steaks with the crab fried rice (get it!) and the au gratin potatoes, both were excellent compliments and a very generous size. For dessert you must have the banana fosters butter cake! We are so exited about this new addition to our neighborhood. Impeccable service (ask for Hector) and wonderful food will keep us coming back. As we were leaving we noticed the packed bar and live music playing. Might just be our new place for happy hour!

Overall, had a great dining experience. Celebrated husband’s birthday. Brandon (server) did a great job ensuring we had an enjoyable experience.

Our group was very excited that Eddie V’s opened in the Chicagoland area. We were greeted enthusiastically and the service was very robust. I was celebrating my birthday and appreciated the extra attention that I received. My birthday serenade was perfect, topped off with a champagne toast. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.
