   I got there for my reservation and was seated. I waited for the others and after 10-15 minutes I called my friend to see where they were. Turns out they were inside because the hostess could not find my name. So I waited outside until the hostess finally brought them. In addition, the service was very bad. My friend ordered Calamari and it was not as described. When she told the waiter he said said “well it’s only an appetizer” end of discussion. Most restaurants would offer something else. I hate writing such a negative review but it was my idea to go and until last night, my favorite restaurant.

   Made my birthday truly special. It’s a one of a kind place and food was amazing as always! Get the chili rub on the steak!

   The food and service was exceptional. NY strip was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was spectacular!

   The atmosphere and food were fantastic. The service was very disappointing. I took my teen daughters out for a nice dinner and we waited an hour after ordering our appetizer to receive it with a comment about the ticket getting lost. Then between that and our entree our waters and beverages were never filled. In the end I had to ask for another server to get our bill. Our waiter was either extremely busy or not interested in our table of three young ladies.

   The food was amazing! I was really impressed by the attention to detail of the restaurant staff and the server’s knowledge of the menu. We will definitely visit again when we return to the area!

    There are many restaurants and many fine restaurants where great food is served. However, in my wife’s and my opinion, there is none better than Eddie V’s.
