Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Eddie V's is a chain that I have enjoyed in a handful of cities across the country. This is a newer one in Paramus that has the same great build out and ambiance. We were fortunate to have live music over near the bar where we enjoyed appetizers (Tuna Tartare, Lobster Bites and Calamari) with some family in from California.Then we moved over to the quieter main dining area for our double date. My wife and I enjoyed our Sea Bass main entree with a side of crab fried rice. Overall, another pleasant dining experience at Eddie V's! Would highly recommend a visit, especially if you are a seafood lover like we are!

Our family decided to try Eddie V’s in Paramus for Christmas Eve. Best decision! It was excellent service, delicious food and a festive atmosphere. We will be visiting again! A special shout out to Jaime for her excellent service!

The food was great and the service was wonderful. My issue was I was charged $26.25 plus tip for valet parking. This is absurd. We spend over $300 for dinner and was charged to park. I would rather dine at Capital Grille where parking is free. I would suggest you validate parking or you will lose customers. There were several customers complaining about it. Free parking should be included in the dining experience.

Excellent meal. Beef tartare was delicious! Crab cake was full of crab meat. My wife had medallions Oscar style and my son had the bone in ribeye. I had salmon and all entrees were excellent.

Tonight was my first time at Eddie V’s and we enjoyed ourselves. It was my husband’s birthday. The restaurant put together a nice intimate birthday celebration for me and my husband. We had the best filet mignon and scallops ever!! Definitely going to be returning. Thanks you Eddie V’s ❤️

I had a great dinner experience with Kathy! She was very nice and attentive. Food all came out amazing and my favorite part was the Lamb Chops :)
