Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Very good birthday dinner for my mom. We had an excellent waiter who was knowledgeable and patient. The lamb chops were amazing.

I have eaten in another location a few times and expected the same results here- but that was not the case- This location is very large and noisy- and although attractive feels cold- the service although very attentive is robotic and rushed- the food on the other hand as excellent- The other location i have been to a few times is in the south and its smaller- much quieter and cozy- also this nj location is located at a mall and seems to attract a different clientele than expected- dressed inappropriately, bringing small children- although the food is up to par the ambiance is seriously lacking

Everything was very nice, & our server Alejandro was great. Only issue I had was the nerve of the place to charge $16 to Vallet a car - ridiculous

I like everything, the food amazing and the services very good , and the come with the dessert the best part , we like the song , and the price is no too expensive also

The service and food was PHENOMENAL! It was my husband’s and I first time there, but it won’t be our last.

Very accommodating staff. The perfect hot out of the oven bread is crispy outside and they freely bring replenishments. Expertly handled a temperature I was not happy with (medium rare seems to have a different meaning from one chef to another). Eddie V’s is one of my favorites.

Very nice overall. Excellent service and good food. We’ve had better experiences for the price, but won’t write off coming back at some point. Well worth trying and forming your own opinion.
