Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We love coming to Eddie V’s. It was my wife’s birthday and omg y’all are amazing. Thank you for making my wife feel special! Means so much and your restaurant is first class!

    Did not disappoint! We had a party of 7. Every person ordered seafood. Mostly the scallops and the stuffed shrimp. Everyone loved them. Also best scalloped potatoes Ive ever had! Great service from Cody and Nacho. Also creme brulee was divine!!

    Bar is very popular. It can be hard to get a seat and drink. Food and service in the dining room was terrific.

    The staff was wonderful. Kudos to the entire staff. Appetizers were good. Dinner was very poor. Scallops were awful, they were slimy and off putting. The steak was overcooked beyond what was requested and disappointment. For the price and lack of quality, we are beyond disappointed. Also from the time we ordered our food it took over an hour to get it to the table. Too bad this took place

    Been to Eddie V’s several times. Dining in both restaurant and bar was excellent. Seafood is outstanding for this area, service on par with the finest eateries in DFW. The seafood tower is a must! Bluepoint oysters too. Never tried the steaks, but they looked delicious. Not cheap, but a great place for those special moments.

    I am not sure what happened with the kitchen last evening. It took upwards of 50 minutes to receive our order. My wife's steak (Filet Mignon) was ordered medium and received undercooked then an attempted re-cook yielded a cooked side and a undercooked side. Needless to say my wife was not happy and it was HER birthday. The asparagus seemed to be burnt. However on the bright side the Texas Redfish was excellent and the NY Strip with BlueCheese crown was flavorful. The waiter and manager did attempt to do a good job and we appreciated the gift card we received, but something was off last night (I've been to this location several times before). I know this location does not have the RedFish as an everyday item like the Houston location does. Please make it permanent!
