Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    This is our third visit to Eddie V’s, and our experience has consistently been wonderful. The hostesses and servers have always been wonderful and the food is always delicious. I love the live soft jazz that plays during our meals. It’s never too loud so I can’t hear who I’m speaking with, and it’s always very tasteful and nice to listen to.  Our server goes above and beyond every time to make you feel special, and have your needs met. Love it there.

    Want to give a shout out to Thomas our waiter. He went above and beyond and highly recommend this place and this waiter. Thank you Thomas for our first time experience.

    We traveled a few more miles than we were use to. But we love the Plano location. Our Waiter Bradley was great. We'll be back soon

    Staff amazing and I loved seeing old staff members from past establishments. Only downside was placement of our table. We got lots of cold air from front door opening because it was so cold outside. Also front door heater for valet was not working. This was Valentines weekend and that heater should have been working. Waiter was excellent and food was excellent.

    We absolutely loved Renee - she was incredible! It was my dad’s 75th birthday and Renee made the night one to remember. The table was neatly decorated with birthday confetti and we celebrated with complimentary champagne. She went above and beyond to ensure our meal and time at the restaurant was amazing. We can’t wait to return!

    The food, service, and decor were wonderful. We were lucky to find a last minute early reservation and we grabbed it. The experience did not disappoint at all. Thank you team and our server Guillermo!!
