Now well into our third decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.
Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.
Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.
Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of the a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

    This was our first time there, and we will be back. Especially for the live music in the summer on their new patio and to try more delicious menu items!

    Delicious lunch as usual. The roasted red pepper soup was superb. Enjoyed the shrimp fettuccine. The shrimp were large and just the right amount. Loved the mini strawberry cheesecake. It was a great lunch with my brother and sister.

    I felt like eating something that was not on their menu, and they accommodated me beyond my wildest expectations. Real chef, real people awesome food.

    Always enjoy your ambiance and delicious food at Eddingtons whether it be summer or winter! Lovely server very attentive....excellent experience evert time....can't wait to return!!!
