Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

Chalets are available for our soft brunch launch event, Brunchin' with the Besties! The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. Chalets have two heaters but we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing layers for your comfort. Blankets are welcome! There is a $75.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to your bill and is non-refundable. An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all chalets.

Chalets are available Monday-Thursday for seatings anytime between 5-7:30PM, and Saturday for seatings at 5PM or 7:30PM. The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. It was definitely better than I knew; I’m not sure why I don’t hear abt this restaurant a lot. Everything was lovely! The staff were very attentive.

We are in the Chalet. Enjoyed the experience except the door on the chalet kept getting stuck so the server had a tough time coming in and out. The chalet would shake each time he tried to open the door. Felt like it was going to fall down. The dinner and especially dessert was delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Decided to book our New Year's Eve dinner here because we had a gift card from a charity event (I assume it was donated by the restaurant, so kudos to them). We booked an early dinner because we were attending a show, so I'm not sure how loud the restaurant would be later with a full house, but loud restaurants are a pet peeve of mine and this was good. Our server Larry was great, everyone on the team was attentive without hovering. Food was excellent - both regular menu options and specials for the holiday. Definitely recommend!

Service was good except we had to wait for water refills. Appetizers were really good, entrees were good, dessert was nothing special.
