Food runner not so good. Literally through food in this of whatever was on table so plates were literally on an angle. I’d go back but would not be a go to.

                                                                                                                                    Beautiful restaurant, but disappointing. The hostess kept a flat expression from the time we entered until the time we left. I wouldn't have someone working front of the house who can't at least fake being pleased to be there. It was like having Wednesday Adams seat you at your table. The food was beautifully plated, but my chicken tacos were very watery, had an unusual taste, and I didn't get past a few bites. I've never in my life not eaten something I've ordered until this evening. This from someone who is truly not picky and generally enjoys anything I order anywhere. The guacamole was very good; not too spicy and very fresh. The waitress was ok, but she also didn't seem thrilled to be there. If you feel as if you're imposing as a guest at a restaurant, that's a problem. You have to have people working the front of the house that understand how to be inviting and pleasant. Even a fake smile would be better than nothing. Other than the restaurant having beautiful decor and a nice ambiance, I just did not have a good experience. I so rarely eat out that when I do, it's such a treat and this was a major disappointment.

                                                                                                                                    Service was great, our server was friendly and efficient. While we only had three apps, they were delicious. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the espresso martini from the dessert menu. Everything else was perfect.

                                                                                                                                    2nd Platinum Dining Group restaurant stop for the day. We had lunch at Capers and Lemons, dinner for El Caminos. I was in the mood for a Margarita and you have the best in the North East! The only other best one was at Blancos in Arizona. Always great service and delicious food at El Caminos and we will miss Brian here but we go to Taverna so it is all good. 🙃
